I feel that giving birth is one of the greatest joys in our life.  I am a mother of two wonderful children, both of their births were beautiful miracles.  My Childbirth class was essential in helping me to achieve my goals of a natural childbirth.  I have always enjoyed teaching and after my birth I was inspired to teach others and help them to have the birth experience they desire.  Included in my class is aspects of pregnancy such as nutrition and exercise, stages of labor, relaxation, breastfeeding and post-partum care.  I am excited to be teaching and look forward to helping mothers and fathers with their new life as parents.
